Yikes, guess I should disable Markdown on the event lists.

I literally just copied and pasted! Sorry about that.

FWIW, the website URL thing is a little problematic when it comes to indie concerts like this, with multiple bands etc. I wasn’t sure if the website URL should be the link for the venue itself or something else. Not sure if this is a unique problem though, so, ymmv here

And (I guess I’ll say this here?) I think the Start Time / End Time parts should be… easier to input. The little arrows on the side are teeny tiny.

Oh never mind, you can just type in the numbers. duh.

Should there be different categories? like Concerts / Comedy / etc? Like I can already tell there are some events / shows in SF that I might not necessarily be looking for (like meetups etc). hmm.

The Markdown thing is strange… According to the spec, “three or more hyphens” should be a horizontal rule, but because it was directly under another line, it turned it into a heading. Adding a line break before each group of hyphens fixed it. Looks like the FB URLs were too long, so got cut down.

Yeah, the native browser time picker on Chrome is terrible—it’s much better on iOS. I’ll replace it.

And as for categories, really tough to say. We had them in the first iteration, but adding and organizing them was kind of a hassle. Many events don’t fit cleanly into one, or belong to multiple. I’m thinking something like structured tagging instead, but I want to wait until there’s a decent base of events before faceting it more.
