The Pritzker Military Museum & Library’s new original exhibit, Lest We Forget: Sailors, Sammies and Doughboys Over There in World War I, explores the experiences of those who served in World War I and the role the United States played in ending the first global conflict. The exhibit will feature photographs, maps, posters, rare books, artifacts and footage from the era. An audio tour will provide greater context to the war as well as feature readings from the letters and journal entries from soldiers who served.
