The Power of Positive Thinking
Changing the way you think, to change the way you feel

We can all agree that this pandemic has shaken up our society. Opening schools, balancing virtual and in-person instruction, caring for loved ones, and dealing with the uncertainty of tomorrow, is enough to overwhelm the best of us.

This interactive workshop will provide simple strategies to help educators, leaders, and/or parents avoid burnout. Participants will learn simple tools and techniques to release stress in 10 minutes or less.

This engaging experience will leave participants feeling equipped and empowered to deal with daily stressors!

Activities include:

  • Stress management techniques
  • Reframe unsupportive thought patterns
  • Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) activities
