Lucius is fronted by two women who sing harmonies that meld together in amazing ways, and they are backed by three guys who rotate around guitars and percussion and lend more voices into the mix. They really bring it all to their live performances, where fans unabashedly belt along. The first Lucius record had a folky vibe and while the second trends more to expansive, soul-filled pop, their shows skillfully encompass their growing repertoire.
