Since Asimov’s launched in the spring of 1977, it has published groundbreaking fiction by writers like Octavia Butler, Ursula K. Le Guin, George R. R. Martin, Joe Haldeman, Connie Willis, Roger Zelazny, Kim Stanley Robinson, and many, many others. Asimov’s also published very early works by Karen Joy Fowler, Jonathan Letham, Kelly Link, Ken Liu, and dozens of other nascent writers who are now well-known authors. Today, we continue the tradition of unearthing exciting new voices and publishing their work alongside some of SF and fantasy’s most famous authors.
