Valentines Group Show February 7, 2013

Exhibition: February 5th-23rd, 2013 Opening Reception: Thursday February 7th 5:30-7:30pm

Sandra Lee Gallery presents a Valentines themed group show featuring our selected gallery artists. This exhibition is meant to showcase the outstanding works of both our existing artists and some exciting new members. As a reflection of the mutual love and appreciation between us and our artists as well as the budding admiration for our newest friends, we throw an exhibition in the name of 'Love'.

For the entirety of the month, Sandra Lee Gallery will showcase a number of works infused with and inspired by the sentiment of love, compassion, and devotion. In keeping with the Valentines Day spirit during the month of February, our fine art work will echo the passion of our artists and the passion of the holiday through color, subject, and mood. As a group exhibition, the show will be both a reminder of our current artists' exceptional abilities as well as a thrilling introduction to the newest talent added to our recently enhanced roster of artists.

In keeping with the gallery's mission to celebrate and share the accomplishments of our artists with the public, the gallery will be hosting a party in conjunction with our opening reception featuring a live poetry reading. Innovative poets from in and around the Bay Area will read their poems of "Love" in honor of the exhibition's specialized theme. This compelling program will be an enchanting evening that combines the anticipation of the New Year with the enchantment of the Valentines holiday.
