TOPS SUMMER PICNIC & INFORMAL MEETING.

TOPS #1390 members, former members and invited guests holds its TOPS SUMMER PICNIC & INFORMAL MEETING at a members home. Members take care to bring sensible choice foods to eat. TOPS allows 2 meetings a year when we can eat together! Weigh in will be before eating. Games for added fun and light exercise are scheduled after eating.

PICNIC .. 2nd week of August.

SUMMER MEETINGS are held in the Community Meeting Room on the 4th Floor near Sears at Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby for July, August and 1st 2 weeks in September.
