An experiential introduction to the spirit of NVC, designed to get you in touch with the power of being deeply open and clear with yourself and others. The "mechanics" of NVC (observations, feelings, needs, requests) will be introduced only after you've actually had a chance to *experience* the spirit & purpose of NVC.
