The 21st London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival is an annual event in London presents a showcase of international film and special events, which celebrates the best of gay cinema from around the world. It is an international festival of premieres, previews, short films, gala screenings, documentaries, restored classic, short films, artists' film and video, special events, film-maker talks and on-stage interviews, open to everyone at cinemas across London will be screened throughout the event.

A diverse collection of films from all over the world will be screening throughout the festival. A line up of acclaimed filmmakers will be showcasing contemporary works tackling gay and lesbian themes, in one of the largest film events of its kind. Last year's highlighted films included debut features and plenty of fantastic flicks. This year's London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival will no doubt screen contemporary films along with classic cinema in a mix of indie and blockbuster pieces.

A series of discussions and workshops will give audiences the chance to talk about gay and lesbian issues in an open, lively, environment. Don't miss events like discussions with famous playwright Tony Kushner and filmmaking workshops.
