Since then, John has helped dozens of websites become profitable and is recognized as one of the country's leading experts on Small Business Internet Marketing. John regularly speaks at industry seminars and has been printed in numerous publications including the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Call Center Magazine, Technology Media (TMC) and Internet Telephony Magazine.
