6 General Recertification Credits

During this highly interactive session, you will deep dive into best practices and nuances of the major phases and transition points throughout the employee-employer relationship. Special attention will be paid to such topics as employee engagement, extended communities, and effectively navigating and managing nuances of change.

Participants will actively participate in simulated employee-employer relationships throughout the session, designed to provide hands-on experiential and pragmatic learning that can be brought immediately back to the work environment. You'll leave the seminar able to:

*Clearly articulate your organization's unique "value proposition" as it relates to each of the five natural transitions
*Diagnose and develop a game plan to address the inevitable gaps in organization and individual performance
*Successfully manage your organization as an integrated knowledge network and along the three dimensions of performance: what-how-why (leading to full engagement)

These sessions are designed to stand alone or to reinforce the lessons learned during the five-hour in-person session held on March 15.

The series includes six 60 minute online sessions:

May 3: The Winds of Change - Stage 2: On Boarding
