Eugene Mirman is nearing the forefront of alternative comedy. With appearances on several TV shows, including Late Night With Conan O'Brien, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, VH1, Cartoon Network's Home Movies and his weekly standup-variety show Invite Them Up (NYC) recently winning a Nightlife Award, Eugene Mirman is becoming one of the most talked about names in comedy.

But not everyone is laughing... including Eugene Mirman. Thats why Eugene is holding protests all over the country to counter the release of his new album/DVD, "En Garde, Society!" And you can be part of it. Help Eugene Mirman take a stand against Eugene Mirman.

On Sunday May 14th, in front of the White House, there will be a anti-Eugene demonstration at 5:00 pm. Guests include Eugene Mirman! Sub Pop Records will also be on hand with free DVDs and CDs. Protest signs will also be provided. (Click here for sample protest materials https://www.subpop.com/features/images/eugeneprotestposters.jpg)

Following the protest will be a show the Black Cat with performances by Leo Allen (one half of Slovin & Allen), Eugene Mirman (one half of a man) and Michael Showalter (one third of Comedy Centrals Stella, one eleventh of MTVs The State, co-writer and one fifty-fifth of Wet Hot American Summer).
