Pleasure Palate Chocolate Tasting at Chocolate Box Cafe March 18, 2007

Time to tempt your palate with all the pleasurable flavors that Southern California has to offer. Join us as we do some culinary exploring of restaurants (both high-end and holes in the walls), various food and beverage tastings, cooking classes, potlucks and so much more. From savory to sweet, from salty to sour, from spicy to tangy, from exotic to All-American, we'll taste it all, so come along and take your taste buds on the ride of their life. For this evening's chocolate tasting, we will be sampling delicious Belgian chocolates from the Chocolate Box Cafe.

For just $16, this event will be comprised of the following:

fun chocolate talk, including history, fun facts, how it's made, etc.

a tasting odyssey of 10 different Belgian chocolates along with a bottle of water to cleanse your palate in between bites.

your choice of any coffee drink from the coffee bar.

chocolate cooking recipes to take home.

a small thank you gift.

10% discount off of any items purchased just for that night.

COST:
This chocolate tasting needs to Pre-Paid by March 16 to reserve your spot and your payment will cover the entire tasting.

IMPORTANT: You cannot just show up for this event. I need to collect all the money and give that to the Chocolate Box Cafe by March 17 in one lump sum. I also need to turn in a final headcount that same day so that they will know how much to prepare.

All fees are non-refundable after March 16.
