Mountains In The Sky return with their second collection of magical sonic tone poems, entitled ‘Accipio’. Main mountain man John Lee has an uncanny knack for cutting, splicing, playing and twitching music. Whether it’s collating and configuring samples from scores of second hand records or playing a dazzling array of instruments, John’s there and on the money. The MitS live show often becomes a jam session in its own right. John is joined on stage by Stuart McFarlane and depending on their mood can make three songs last the length of a set or belt out a concise beat driven party vibe. ‘Accipio’ will be launched with a very special performance of Robin Fox’s Laser Show.
