King Harbor Christmas Boat Parade December 11, 2010

The King Harbor Yacht Club sponsors the Nineteenth Annual Christmas Boat Parade. The theme is "A Polynesian Holiday". This will give boaters hundreds of options for decorating their boats. Our Grand Marshall will be the Fox 11 Meteorologist and Redondo resident, Rick Dickert. For the 19th year in a row the Grand Marshall boat will be the Disappearance and its owners and founder of Body Glove, Bob and Patty Meistrell.

The King Harbor Christmas Boat Parade has become a tradition for Redondo Beach and a highlight of the harbor. This year's Chairman is Ken Roberts. He and a cast of dedicated volunteers will be working hard to make sure everyone has a great time.

All proceeds from the parade will benefit our three charities.

We encourage everyone to come and enjoy an evening at King Harbor. You can view the parade anywhere along the seawall that has a view of the channel.
