Inter-School 'Jana Gana Mana' Centenary Quizz December 26, 2011

The Structure and format of the quiz is proposed as under:

Composition of Participating teams:
2 Members each (Students from VI-XII standard).
Each School can nominate maximum eight teams.

Venue : Bhasa Bhavan,National Library

Date: December 27, 2011,
Day: Tuesday.
Reporting time: 10.30 A.M.

Rounds : The Multimedia aided audio-visual Quiz show will have questions on Rabindra Nath Tagore, India’s Heritage and History, National Movement, Sports, Culture and Current Affairs with one dedicated round on JANA-GANA-MANA and Rabindranath Tagore.

Quiz Master : Rajib Sanyal, Q.M for Doordarshan Kolkata’s popular Inter-School Quiz show “ Jog Biyog”.

Prize Money : Rs 20,000/-
Prize Ditrubution ceremony- Chief Guest Swapan Chakravorty, Director Gerneral, National Library.
Add-on: Audience Prizes
Besides welcome gift for all participating schools there will be spot prizes for members of the audience. Teachers and guardians will be given prizes for right answers.
