from http://www.redanorchestra.org/:
"Open your ears. See Music.
Red explores the synergetic relationship between music and visual images by presenting music written for images, and images created by music. Film from the movies The Red Violin, and On Valentine's Day will accompany the orchestra with music written for these movies by John Corigliano and Jonathan Sheffer. Then experience digital artist Leo Villareal's unprecedented display to accompany Red's performance of Beethoven's Symphony No. 4. Volume, frequency, and movement from the orchestra and conductor will provide the seeds to generate a projected visual representation of the performance."
