This is a photography walk around the brown squares on the monopoly board.

London Flickr meetups would like to invite you to the first leg of our walk around the world famous London monopoly board. We shall be taking a stroll around each one of the coloured groups.

We shall be starting where else at the beginning at the brown squares covering the "Old Kent Road" and "Whitechapel Road". This will be a day's walk as both roads are not close together we shall stop for lunch in between each road. To carry on with the theme of the Monopoly board we will have a set of five chance cards which will contain different subjects to photograph on the walk., for those that wish to join in.

This walk is open to anyone and everyone regardless of which camera you have or your photography ability we are a very frendly bunch and have a very active social group on all the walks.

MEETING POINT

We shall be meeting at London Bridge station. By the ticket office next to bus station.

10:am we will be leaving by 10:10. to allow us time to catch 10:18

where we will catch train line to "Queens Road Peckham Rye" railway station. As this is the nearest station to the top end of the "Old Kent Road". Once we have walked the "Old Kent Road" we will stop for lunch before making our way across London to cover the much shorter "Whitechapel Road."
