Event Details:The retreat will take place at the beautiful COD Ranch (I like to call it theGOD Ranch) in Oracle, Arizona just outside of Tucson in the foothills of thebeautiful Santa Catalina Mountains of the Sonoran Desert. If you love yoga,enjoy hiking, need to get away from the daily grind, are craving a deeperrelationship with God, or simply want to connect in a meaningful way to Godand others, then this is the retreat for you! Come alone or bring your spouse, relative, friend, coworker, classmate, or a perfect stranger and just be present, be nourished by God's Word, and experience a true mind-body-spirit connection.
Each day, you will be able to choose from a variety of yoga levels and styles ranging from beginner to advanced, taught by Dawn, Elena, Michelle, andRosie. We will also have several levels of hikes scheduled daily where youcan create your own mountain top experience. In addition, we will havedaily devotional bible teaching and study, fellowship, and worship and a special guest Karen Nowicki will lead us through a forgivenss exercise. We will also get to enjoy the amazing sounds of Shannon Swanson (CD produced by Audio Adrenaline) during a live worship event Friday night.
The cost is just $299, which includes all instruction, materials, accommodations, gourmet meals, snacks, and beverages. Massage therapy will also be available at a separate charge for $60 per hour or $30 per half hour.
