Still recognized as Canada’s largest annual Salute to Veterans, the 2011 event features appearances by the Canadian Forces SNOWBIRDS, CF-18 Hornet Demo Team and the Skyhawks Parachute Demonstration Team, along with other world-class aerobatic performances. Although no longer being able to land traditional aircraft ground displays, the creation of a National Concert for the Troops and the Hot Air Balloon Salute will supplement the ever-popular and emotional Parade of Veterans, Marching Bands and other exciting ground activities
