2009 CALDWELL McFARLAND FAMILY REUNION

Greetings Family Members,

Pray all is well with you and your immediate love ones. Special thanks and a shout out to the St. Louis Chapter for hosting the 2007 reunion. We had a great time! The following is information on the 13th Caldwell McFarland Family Reunion, celebrating our 20th Anniversary.

The following blocks of rooms are reserved nightly: (10) Thurs, (45) Fri, (45) Sat & (5) Sun. The rate is $92 plus tax/night for kings & doubles. An executive suite is $122 plus tax/night. Guest self-parking is $5/day.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel. When making reservations please indicate you are part of the Caldwell-McFarland Family Reunion. Hotel Registration cut off is 5pm, Sunday, June 28, 2009.

Entrepreneurs advertise in the Souvenir Book & receive vendor space @ Happy Hour

We have numerous entrepreneurs within the family. Therefore, entrepreneurs that purchase a $50 ad in the souvenir book will receive an opportunity to showcase their business during the pre-banquet Happy Hour on Saturday. Advertising vendors will be allowed to setup displays, perform demos, distribute brochures, business cards, etc.
