Atlanta Web Entrepreneurs April 2009 Meetup April 16, 2009

This workshop will be similar in format to our successful and highly rated WordPress Workshop held February 2009. The preliminary plan will be to have attendees "bring" their websites and the SEO pros bring their expertise. Additionally we plans to have 9 tables and at each table we'll have two (2) SEO Pros performing an SEO review for each of six (6) websites, one for each of the six attendees per table.

The goals of this workshop will be several fold:

1.) To provide attendess with an SEO review of *their* own site (vs. just learning SEO generalities) as well as learning from the site review of other attendees.

2.) To create an environment for attendees and SEO Pros to get to know each other thus helping them build personal and/or professional relationships.

Of the two goals, the second is just as valuable as the first, if not more so.

We are looking for SEO Pros who strongly believe in the value of community and who are willing to freely give of their knowledge and expertise in this environment. We want SEO Pros who can take their sales hat off and who believe helping people is a first step in building great long term relationships. Basically, this is all about creating good karma for all involved.

For those SEO Pros who would like to participate you'll need to meet with me and the other participating SEO Pros for a few hours a week or so before the workshop so we can make plans to ensure a great experience for all involved.
