Arrowood Winery July 15th Summer Soiree July 15, 2010

We'd like to extend an invitation to join us for an early evening soiree. Enjoy the sunset overlooking our beautiful Sonoma Valley while getting the rare opportunity to taste some of Arrowood's library wines paired with bites of grilled summer fare.

We'll start the evening off with passed appetizers of Grilled Oak Hill Sweet Pepper, Caper & Anchovy Bruscetta, Redwood Hill Goat Cheese & Fresh Herb Galette and Chilled Shrimp & Fennel Salad in Endive. A selection of Arrowood white Rhone wines will be paired with the appetizers.

Local Glen Ellen Chef Catherine Driggers, of Olive & Vine, will demonstrate why our Cabernet and Syrah are perfect accompaniments to dinner on the grill. Her demo's will include Grilled Wild Salmon with Romesco & Grilled Potatoes, Grilled Lavender Rosemary Lamb Brochette with Fig Jus, Grilled Corn & Arugula Salad with Smoky Tomato Vinagrette and Pancetta Wrapped Figs with Blue Cheese.
