CMCB is one of Beijing’s freshest and most talented hip-hop outfits. A conglomeration of different musicians from other bands in Beijing; the bands wit, charm and accessibly creative rhythms won them the silver cup at the 2001 China’s New Rock Competition, as well as fame and notoriety amongst the younger generations of Beijing who have made their songs some of the internet’s most highly talked about underground Chinese music. Signed to Scream records in 2004, the band is currently preparing their second album at their home studio.
