08 08 08 London flickr meetup August 8, 2008

To link in with the flickr 08 08 08 day (blog.flickr.net/en/2008/07/31/flickr888/) I thought we should all try to meet up and do something fun, so after some random suggestions from folks on the London Flickr meet up group we have the following:

The Plan :
16.00/17.00 - Trafalgar square festival. If people want to go along it is happening but not really part of the meet up, but good to know about - I won't be there... as I will still be at work.

18.30 - Meet up outside tower hill tube, near tower bridge, on the concrete circle area just outside the station. see here

19:00 head to tower bridge to watch MV Dixie Queen go down river and tower bridge to go up or down.

19.45 Stop off at the scoop outside city hall to watch and see the Blood wedding starts at 20.00

20.15/30 head to the Globe pub, 8 Beadle street, Borough market.

MOST IMPORTANT - Everyone has to bring something '8' related:
This could be something with the number 8 on it
8x items of the same thing...
Or anything that you think justifies the tag of 8...
