Just like Harley's to try and hype their bands to the English language crowd with outrageous claims. Pshaw.

umm...Harley's aren't hyping this at all -- they just rent out the bar to anyone who wants to put on a show. It's the Japanese organizer who's calling it the Shanghai Rock Festival. I wouldn't say it's Shanghai's best, but Loudspeaker is good, and some of the Japanese bands are decent.
