The Wireless Sensor Network SIG of Silicon Valley (www.wca.org/WSN_info.htm) and SVASE have arranged a business plan competition for start-ups in the wireless sensor networks industry. The winners of the WSN SIG business plan competition will have the opportunity to present their businesses to professionals in the industry sector, Venture Capitalists and Angels, as part of the May event of the SVASE's "First Impressions" program.

First Impressions provides SVASE entrepreneurs with the opportunity to present to and receive formal structured feedback from prominent members of the entrepreneurial and venture funding communities. This is a great way to gain first hand experience on pitching for Venture Capital, make connections with VCs and Angels, and get a clear understanding on how to move your business forward.
