CAAT Arms Trade Crawl March 19, 2007

This is a protest by the CAAT (Campaign Against Arms Trade) London Group !

Come and join the arms trade crawl !

We will protest outside three central London arms company offices and highlight the human rights implications of the arms trade.

11 am: BAE Systems, 6 Carlton Gardens (focus: corruption and the Al-Yamamah deal with Saudi Arabia)

12 noon: LRLIH, 80 Haymarket (focus: agreed to supply military trucks to Sudan despite the ongoing crisis in Darfur)

1 pm: MATRA BAE Dynamics, 11 The Strand (focus: political influence of arms companies - Alan Garwood, present head of the Defence Export Services Organisation (DESO), was seconded from MBDA)
