he principle aim of this conference is to highlight the achievements of Kuwait Ministry of Public Works in all related fields. It also demonstrates selective distinguished projects particularly in the GCC and in the Arab world in general.

Furthermore, the conference shall discuss ways to improve Public Works projects through the application of new technologies. In the same time, it shall present a sound environment to human resource development via exchange of experiences and opinions at conference sessions.
The conference shall focus on the encouragement of engineers to take initiatives in documenting their completed projects and present such projects in technical sessions for discussion and analysis.
